Close beyond open price

I need an indicator that gives an arrow on chart and all sorts of alerts (pop, push, email...),

for every cross through an open price of an opposite candle colour. 

This condition occurs only on closed candle and only for candles with a body/tail ratio of 40%,

the close above/ below open candle can be every body. Only the candle with the open price to be calculated has the condition of ratio.

so that not dojis or too little bodies are taken into consideration for the used open price.

This indicator has to work on every mt4 chart and with settable colour changes.

Perhps it can be used an existing indicator to modify but I don´t know this.
