I want to create a Ea based around a Moving Average, price movement and the closing of the previous bar. 

Every time the price action reaches the moving average a position will be put on as long as another position is not already on.

If the new position is a buy or sell will be determined by the last bar close being above or below the moving average.

I want to be able to change the settings on the Moving average. The setting I want to be able to change are period, what it is based on ( open, close, high, low, ect..) and type ( simple, smooth, ect...). 

position controls will be stoploss, take profit, position size and weekend closing of all positions.
