Help Me Finish My Color Gradient Calculator Class

I've been working all weekend trying to make a color gradient class work flawlessly.

There was some success, but it seems so temperamental with the MT5 color buffers.

My color gradient class should be able to

• Accept 2 or 3 color inputs to calculate color gradients
• Accept mql color format, or RGB format (done)
• When ColorGradient::GetColorAt(const uint step) is called, return the color for that position in the gradient

Also when the calculations are adjusted and working. I would like to be able to input some hmmm ... what is the word, offsets? 

See how in the blue to red gradient, the blue and red are very strong and the transition colors are very weak. I would be nice to set some values so the transition colors are more enhanced.

Your input about this approach would be appreciated. I did some experimenting with making  an x exp y effect on the gradient, but it only pushes it all to one side, so red starts very late. (I want a way for blue to fade out quicker, and red fade in later).

I think I also need to be better educated about settings up the color buffers.
