Expert Advisor that recognizes highs and lows of previous days and engulfing candles on intraday time frames

Need an expert advisor that recognizes the high and lows of the previous 2 days followed by being able to identify an engulfing candle on 15 minute time frame.  

Rules for trades:

If previous day was bullish candle look for buy trades or

If previous day was bearish candle look for sell trades

If previous day was bullish highlight area that is 10 pips above the low and 10 pips below the low to give a 20 pip area to execute trade.

If previous day was bearish highlight area that is 10 pips above the high and 10 pips below the high to give a 20 pip are to execute trade. 

If previous day was bullish and price falls into highlighted area and the 15 minute candle closes as an engulfing candle enter a buy trade with a stop loss 10 pips below the low with a take profit of 2 times the size of the stop loss (or take profit set at 5 pips below the high of previous day) IF 15 MINUTE CANDLE OPENS INSIDE THE AREA OF WHICH WE LOOK FOR TRADES AND CLOSES OUTSIDE THE AREA EA CAN STILL OPEN TRADE...IT DOES NOT HAVE TO CLOSE INSIDE THE AREA

If previous day was bearish and price climbs into the highlighted area and the 15 minute candle closes as an engulfing candle enter a sell trade with a stop loss 10 pips above the high and the take profit of 2 times the size of the stop loss (or take profit set at 5 pips above the low of previous day) IF 15 MINUTE CANDLE OPENS INSIDE THE AREA OF WHICH WE LOOK FOR TRADES AND CLOSES OUTSIDE THE AREA EA CAN STILL OPEN TRADE IT DOES NOT HAVE TO CLOSE INSIDE THE AREA

AFTER EACH DAILY CANDLE A NEW HIGHLIGHTED AREA TO WAIT FOR TRADES SHOULD BE SHOWN ON CHART.
