An expert advisor based on Schaff trend cycle and kst indicator needed

i would like to develop an expert advisor that opens and closes positions based on the following criteria:

its a simple rule buy at 20 sell at 80

the other levels are there to deal with pull backs

1) it opens a buy order when:

a. rsi(14) is above 20

b. schaff trend line crosses the 20 level line on the histogram from bottom to top OR schaff trend line crosses the 50 level line on the histogram from bottom to top OR schaff trend line crosses the 80 level line on the histogram from bottom to top

c. know sure indicator blue line is above the red line

2) it opens a sell order when:

a. rsi(14) is below 80

b. schaff trend line crosses the 80 level line on the histogram from top to bottom OR schaff trend line crosses the 50 level line on the histogram from top to bottom OR schaff trend line crosses the 20 level line on the histogram from top to bottom 

c. know sure indicator red line is above the blue line

this advisor should also:

allow manual opening and closing of orders,

should not mix with my manual positions 

lot size adjustment

push notifications

should work on any time frame
