I need an EA/Indication that allow you to open 3 positions from 1 trades with 3 TP and 1 SL orders for each pair/all pair and move SL when profit hit

I need an EA/Indication that i can attach to the chart and able to open 3 positions from 1 trades with 3 tp and 1 SL targets and move SL above +5 pips to break even once each TP hit.

It must meet this criteria: 

1. Designed for MT4 and MT4 Mobile 
2. Open 3 positions from 1 trades with 3 TP and 1 SL (Multiple target level TP1, TP2 and TP3 and SL) (Able to customise)
3. Input up to 3 different lots size for 3 seperate trade 
4. EA Never forget to move SL to above +5 pips to secure profit
5. Hit the TP1 then EA close the TP 1 positions and moves the other 2 open positions SL to entry point above +5 PIPS, Hit the TP2 then EA close Tp 2 position and moves the other 1 open position SL to Tp1 above +5 PIPS, Hit the TP3 then EA Fully close the trade.
6. Able to Switch PRICE mode or PIP mode 
7. Set Stop Loss by Price or Pips as your chosen mode
8. Must have a licence key to activate the EA 
9. Trader panel preferably 
10. With the Option to Hide the SL/ TP target

I OPEN A POSITION BUY AT 141.100

LOT SIZE= 0.01 LOT x 3

When attaching the EA/Indication, It must meet the above criteria: 

TP1= 141.300 (20 Pips), Close this trade and move the other 2 position SL to above entry +5 pips 

Lot size for TP 1 = 0.01

TP2= 141.600 (50 Pips), Close this trade and move the other 1 position SL to Tp1 entry +5 pips 

Lot size for TP 2 = 0.01

TP3= 142.100 (100 Pips) Fully close when Tp 3 hit. 

SL = 141. 500 (customise)
