Specification

I need an EA that will create two pending orders above and below the current price, at X pips away (X is to be configurable).

Every Y seconds, the pending orders will be refreshed to reflect the X pips difference between the current price and X pips (just like the above line). Y is to be configurable.

If one of the pending orders gets opened, the other pending order will be removed.

The new order will have  a trailing stop functionality, configurable.

I need the source code and it can be for MT4 or MT5, whatever you prefer.

Please provide me a cost for this and tell me about your portfolio.

EA not opening sell orders in strategy tester 30+ USD
I have a custom EA that works fine in the live market trading, but when doing a back test in the strategy tester , it does not open sell orders. There are no errors or warnings; it just doesn't open sell orders. I've checked every possible reason that might be the reason why it does not open sell orders, but I can't find anything, especially since it works fine in the real market and it opens both buys and sells
