Convert Indicator to a Trading EA

I want to turn an indicator to a set and forget EA. Basically the indicator brings out an arrow when it feels the market will BUY or SELL market. Now, here is what I think the ea should have:

*Initial Entry: when arrow appear for Sell or Buy

*Topup 1: at any preferred distance from initial entry. Will enter manual setting for preferred entry 

*Topup 2: at any preferred distance from initial entry 

*Topup 3: any preferred distance from initial entry 

*Stop Loss: manual entry. Applies to each entry separately but same figure for all. For example EURUSD: sell entry 0.12650, SL = 30 pip is 0.12950. Top up1: 20 pips from initial entry is 0.12450 and the SL is 30 pip = 0.12750

*Take profit: note that all trades take profit at the same time as soon as the new arrow indicate a reversal in the market direction. 

*Margin Level %: also should be added so that no new trades will be entered from other pairs so as not to get cut up in margin call that can result to blown account.

*Trailing and dynamic stops should be used also to secure profits.

*Magic numbers for each charts.

*Works on chart selected time frame.
