Dashboard that displays indicator readings and when condition of indicator values is met

I need a simple dasboard that shows the current indicator reading and captures the closed reading for a given time frame and displays it. It needs to do this for a list of symbols.

An option to set indicator value for each individual pair should be available,when that indicator value is met simultaneously in all the selected pairs- it should show some kind of highlight.

Also, for a given time frame the dashboard should write the the times to a file/log file while the vales were met simultaneously and display it in the dashboard itself when the condition is met at-least for the recent past data.


Example:

Time Frame- Hourly

1. USDCAD

We Specify a value of indicator equal to or greater than 0.6


2. Oil

We Specify a indicator value equal to or greater than 0.6


3. AUDNZD

Specify a indicator value equal to or lesser than -0.3


So, the dashboard for the hourly time frame would give out the times when the above conditions are met simultaneoulsy on the hourly closing candle...

Example: it will give out 16:00||19:00|| 21:00
