Specification

Здравствуйте неообходимо доработка советника мартингейла.
1. Нужно добавить отображение на графике в виде горизонтальной линии точку безубытка "0"
2. добавить опцию выбора трейлинг стоп от точки безубытка "0" или от последнего ордера. 
3. Добавить возможность чтоб можно было включать трейлинг начиная с N ордера, например с 5 и до max trade.
4. Довабить вкл, выкл возможность убирания тейк профита если трал уже в нулевой точке. (т.е как только трал в безубытке сразу
убирается тейк)
5. После того как убрался тейк трал должен тянуться за рынком на N пипсов (это уже будет вторая опция трала)
6. добавить вверху с лева отображение на графике:
      a. открытые ордера (кол)
      b. просадка в % 
c. объем на ХХХ/ХХХ


P.S В исходнике уже есть опция тлала, но он там работает с первого ордера, и это не совсем удобно.
Для удобства в исходнике подписана каждая строка удачи.)
