the truth is you have to learn to code, because there is a risk the programmer will take your strategy. I find freelance useful for
more complex EAs, and creating indicators, that may be difficult, but you have to be able to code yourself the main strategies or EAs.
To learn to code, there is MQL book, that you`ll find on mql4.com, if you see that book, you`ll be able to code, and forget reference, they
are for advanced coders, and not very instructiv, if you start there you wont understand how to code, the guy who wrote that is not a teacher, but
the one in mql4 book is and its free.

1. If I am the one to do the programming, how do I go about it?
2. If I am to employ a programmer to do the work, how do I go about it and about how much will I be charged for it?
