Update:
Okay, so this was fixed quickly. I am using an AMD video card, and was experiencing a problem with another unrelated app crashing on Windows login (kdbsync.exe). The problem and solution are detailed here:

I had to uninstall the "AMD APP SDK Runtime" using the AMD Catalyst Install Manager. After applying the fix, the MetaTrader crashes were fixed as well. It appears the problem is related to OpenCL and some software installed with the latest AMD drivers.

After updating to build 730 today, the program randomly crashes on startup. It will run if I open it again, but the Strategy Tester will not work.

By the way, I am running the latest video drivers for my card.
When I attempt to run the Strategy Tester, I get the message "MetaTrader 5 Strategy Tester Agent has stopped working". The Tester Journal shows "tester agent authorization error". Note that I am not using remote agents. Here is the crash log from the tester agent:
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling MetaTrader 5, updating my video card drivers, as well as rebooting my computer. Nothing works.
By the way, I am finishing up a book on MQL5, and this really throws a wrench in things.
