I suspect they just use Apple and Google apps stores as the benchmark.

I think the hardest job Metaquotes have is policing the store from scammers and other suspect selling practices.

I don't envy them that task.

And you think they are doing a good job at policing scammers? 95% of signals that have more than 100 subscribers are swindlers trading on a cent account(on average $10) playing risky, martingale strategies without ANY SL and strategy trying to rip peoples money (while risking them thousands of money)??? I would not call it successful. And what is even more shameful is that they don't care (MQL5), because that's their main source of income. So they even support them (I know there was a guy that was warning people about swindlers like this and he was eventually banned- banned by an ADMIN!!!!!). And you call that FAIR??? I would definitely re-think.
