how to make profit consistenly?

I don't know how to make profit from forex consistenly. I 've try much tips and trick from so many article, forum, blog, etc. But not work. anybody to share?

1) Only focus on the setup.

2) Don't wait for many pips, better take 2 pips, than your profit tourne on loss. 

3) Try to take trade with positive swap

Difficult to explain, i cannot explain the experience, 8 year's trading, 16 hours a day:
