I have a $20 balance from canceling a signal service but MQL5 is giving me NO option for withdraw 

all the buttons for each selection are grayed out :( 

don't know how to withdraw money back into paypal

You can look at this part of the article to understand about the reason (because withdrawing from MQL5.community payment system has limitations)

There is no profit. It's a demo account!

 
How do you change or refresh your 10,000 balance that's set on demo account?

You can't change it, but some brokers offer the option to make 'deposits' into your demo account, in your member's area.

If not, open a new demo account.
