bad hosting

start from friday until now the hosting still not running,2016.04.04 00:13:36.373 '88128285': 2 charts, 2 EAs, 2 custom indicators, signal disabled, not connected to trade server..please explain,because of stop working  hosting make me lose.

 
is it related to mql5 VPS, right? if yes so :

 To contact the service desk directly, mouse over your user name on the upper right, go to your profile area, and click the service desk choice on the bar/menu on the left.

Besides, the market does not work during the weekend (I mean - no any traders should be opened, no any loss from any hosting).
