Hi all,

I have just joined the MQL5 community about three days ago and have a question:

 

  • I deposited money and received a mail telling me that I will be contacted shortly to confirm my account and have been given "preliminary details" how long until I receive my trade-able account?  

 
Around a week or less if all information provided by you is correct.

When you say your "tradeable account", do you mean your account where you can buy/sell forex? If so, that has nothing to do with MQL5.com. That account is only for buying services/products on this website.

If you are referring to a broker account, then only that broker can answer your questions sorry mate
