Question about the rules of ATC...

It shows the limit level of EURUSD is 40, but i see players of ATC 2011 use 1:100 level, or I misunderstand the rules?

You misunderstand the rules. "1:100" is leverage 40 is the limit/stop level, which is the minimum distance to pending orders from the current price.
