Signals Trading, do I need MT4 running?

Positive! You must have your MT4/5 up and running 24/5. That's why is advisable a VPS or similar.

you can use VPS, I think if we follow a good trading signal, renting a VPS is not a big problem :)

Nothing I know from personal experience, but it follows logically. If you are making enough money following an automated system or signal, then it would ultimately pay for itself, as would a VPS, I would think.
