How do you reset MetaTrader 4 to its original default settings at installation?

The easiest way is to reinstall the client terminal into new folder.

Open the data folder folder 

Close the terminal and then delete everything in the data folder. 

Restart metatrader and everything is done.

by the way, do u know how to save mt4 workspace? I know about save profile, I mean about arranged toolbars and whole mt4 changes that we make, to retrieve all of them after reinstallation by one click. is there any way to do that?

or I'd like to know in which file all these setting are saved?

Good day! Could you please advise how to do it on mac? Just started using MT5 and something went wrong (dont have anything but just a grey screen). Thanks in advance.
