We have encountered many instances on several installations of MT4 where the data feed stops (during trading hours). The terminal is still connected to the server, but no ticks arrive. A restart of the terminal is required to fix the problem.
It is also worth mentioning that there are no errors in the Experts or Journal logs. No disconnects, logins, bad ticks, etc. The feed just stops.
Is anyone else encountering this?

My freezes always occurrred after failed data connectíons.

Just talked to the broker: they say it´s a latency issue, connection between servers. Sounded convincing. Will check this.
