It seems that posts don't get answered anymore... have requests for technical information been moved somewhere else?
I do my best to 1st research my question prior to posting... however, in the past I have always gotten help from here, but no longer...
What don't I know?

Well spotted. You'll notice I made the same point in one of my earlier posts.
I've come to the conclusion that this particular forum is next to useless.
The only one which I've found to be of any use is the MQL4 forum.
And even it is full of clueless wannabe programmers who need to grasp grammatical syntax before starting to learn programmatic syntax.
