I wonder if there is a way to get quotes for USD and Euro from different servers or companies at the same time. From what I understand, some may be fast and some may be slow. I would like to compare them at the same time and do calculations at the same time too. Is that possible?
Yes, of course it's possible. You can open several different test or live accounts with different brokers and compare the price feeds. I don't know if it's possible to use different servers simultaneously, though.
