Problem with the Metatrader 4... Help

I have been running metatrader4 with an EA for about two weeks and everything was running fine for the most part. However, for the last two days "Market Watch" has been frozen. It is not updating live, and I am missing out on trades.

How can I fix this?

I tried uninstalling, and re-installing, and nothing seems to work.

My cpu is virus free, I cannot seem to locate the source of the error.

Has anyone had this problem? and if so is their a solution?
