I also feel this kind of problem. It's a weakness of mighty MQL5 language. They should solve the issue. Its great problem for the programmers. Somebody said IndicatorRelease() can solve the problem, but it seems difficult to me. If anyone find any easy solution then reply.

IndicatorRelease() don't help here.

Seem there are some bugs with viewing/hidding indicators with backtesting. I have fill a request to Service Desk. I will inform you when there is new information.
