i wonder if we are able to use the power of multicores cpu or gpu with MQL5.

Starategy Tester will support not only multiple cores but also multiple PCs (I think it was Rosh from MetaQuotes who wrote a post in forum some time ago). We are waiting for release with Strategy tester enabled.

In MetaTrader 5 we provide the possibility to create calculation frameworks for a tester to quicker calculate trading strategies.
 
So what has happened to the prospect of including GPU cores in the programing??
