Restore Signal's Trading History

If we made MQL 5’s signal at 2023 and we change the investor’s password account and reconnecting the MQL5’s signal but the trading history from 2023 – 2024 is disappear. Is it possible to restore the history from 2023? How can we fix it?

 

As far as I know - the trading history is not stored in the signal service and in mql5 website.
The trading history is taken from account history (all the time and after synchronization for example).

So, you can check the trading history of your Metatrader about it.
Besides, the broker may archive the history and it is affected on the signal's history too.
Because the history of trading in the signal is taken from Account History.

In fact it's a fault of your broker who "archives" history into balance operations

in my broker's copy trading application inform detail all of my trading history (profit, loss, % gain, balance, max drawdown duration, etc) from my begining trading transaction.

in my metatrader the detail only in 3 months; the previous month until the begining trading became sum of deposit, withdrawal, balance.

you meant: MQL5 can not provide the detail information on  my MQL5 signal because my broker archive the history (the previous month until the begining trading became sum of deposit, withdrawal, balance)?

If you right click in 'Account History' of your MetaTrader terminal, you can select 'All History' and all account history from the very beginning will be retrieved.

If you publish your trading account as a signal, also the entire trading history of your account will be retrieved and be visible in the signal's 'Trading history' tab.
