MT5 iPhone mobile app timeframes

Currently I have the 1 minute, 2minute, 5 minute, 15 minute, 30 minute, 1 hour, 4 hour, and daily timeframe on my MT5 app.

When I add the 3 minute timeframe and I close the app and reopen it, the timeframes for some reason gets reset to 1 min, 5 min, 15 min, 30 min, 1 hour, 4 hour, daily, monthly.

Anyone know how to fix this issue?

 

The MT5 mobile app does not persistently save custom timeframes like 3-minute or 10-minute unless those timeframes are explicitly supported or pinned.

The standard timeframes that are "safe" and persistent typically include:

  • 1m, 5m, 15m, 30m

  • 1H, 4H

  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly

There is no official permanent fix for MT5 mobile custom timeframe loss upon restart. This behavior is hard-coded in the app.
