VPS is active but no trade executions for 2 days.

Hi,

No trades taken by EA for 2 days. Can you help me?

 
What markets are you trading? Because it was the weekend, and Friday was a trading holiday for USA. So, it's not entirely surprising that no trades would be taken for 2 days.
 

My EA is set to trade from Monday to Friday. Tried running the same EA on local terminal, it operates as usual, trades executed.

Is there anyone from MQL whom I can feedback beside thro this forum?

if your ea is bought from the marketplace, then, you can contact the author on the same page that you first saw it on.

Or is more serious issue, then, there is service desk you will find at link on every page on this website (at bottom) "Contacts and Requests".

All of this you should have found out BEFORE you bought the ea. Dont you do any due dilligence before you buy anything? almost everything you buy regarding trading has an agreement when you buy it, that you agree that you have done that. Knowing how to contact product support is biggest part of due dilligence.

The EA is custom-built and it has worked for years. Its the first time that this occurred in the last 2 days. 


When I run the EA on local terminal, in works perfectly.

then, check the server logs. If you have traded the ea for years, then, you will know how to do that. We can not read your mind, NOR can we see your screen, AND our crystal balls are cracked and broken.

Without any errors or code to see, what can you expect anyone to do?
