How this process works?
I mean, I'm supposed to put a price when I create the job offer, right?
Does it happen to have a counteroffer? Let's say I put $100 dollars as the required price; if the new professional sees that it's needed more money, will he ask for it? So, when he does it, do I have to change the public offer? Do I have to put this information on the ad?

And one more thing, to judge the price he has to see the code, right?
The cost of the analysys and comparasion with the required features will be charged in the end or it will happen at the first moment?
I mean, do I have to pay for the study of the case for every programmer that take a look on the material?

Good morning, how are you?
I kindly need some assistance regarding hiring freelance services on MQL5: I need to finish an EA I started with my teacher. Unfortunately, he is currently facing serious issues and won’t be able to continue giving me lessons. That’s why I need to hire a professional to finalize the project.
I need to determine the cost of finishing the EA.
Since the person who started the project is now unable to complete it, I’d like to know what a fair price would be, in either Brazilian Reais (BRL) or US Dollars. The project seems to be around 80% completed.
How would the evaluation process work in this case?
I mean, how would the future developer understand the current stage of the project and what still needs to be done, according to the logic of the strategy?
And in case it’s not possible to finish the code for any reason, is the “lesson-based” model accepted on the freelance platform?
I'm referring to the way I originally worked with the first developer: I would pay for the lesson and he would connect for one hour via Google Meet, programming and teaching me at the same time.
Or will I need to request the full EA all at once?
