Issue Freelance Arbitage

 

Hello,

I opened arbitration on this job due to no response from the customer for over 10 days. It has now been 3 days since the arbitration was initiated, and I have still not received any updates or feedback — neither from the client nor from the support team.

I kindly request that a moderator or someone from the MQL5 support team reviews this case and proceeds with the necessary steps as soon as possible.

You have to be patient, we as moderators can't do anything. It may take one or two weeks at least - after all, there is an arbitrage system!

yeah arbitrage has been opened since 10 days and now 2 days for customer support still waiting..
