There are several reasons about why VPS may be banned, and one of the reasons - it was banned by this MQL5 intermet portal.

Currently, six people are experiencing the same problem. The situation is as follows: the VPS was installed and functioned normally.
However, shortly after logging into the MQL5 Community, the VPS was immediately banned from MQL5.

Go to "Contacts and requests" link and write the ticket - tell them about IP (which was blocked according to your opinion) and the link to this thread, and ask them to check (ask for advice).
Please note that it will be the AI bot there so you should bypass the AI bot .. why? because the service desk is dealing with financial issues only, and because of the following:

It is what they (service desk) replied about how to contact with them -
Users are still able to contact service desk from the chat, but that function "Other Question" is available for specific subjects only. They need to choose properly.
We've added ~50 new subjects to the chat bot to cover most of the popular questions and problems.
It means: if the bot is asking you about "Other Question" so it means that you can write about this issue (and the ticket will be created for you), example -

Reading all the whining here, I tried myself. I have no privileges as moderator to do it, as it was already said.
It took me less than 1 minute to go there :
If I write something and type enter, a ticket will be opened.

They can say whatever they want ... but in reality ... for example: case with ForexVPS - they told in the beginning that they did nothing to be blocked, the service desk told that they did not block this VPS provider ... and finally - the users (together with ForexVPS support) have found the decision:

ForexVPS support told me that they'd have to install a new windows template on my VPS - I backed up my set files and let them do it.
It is now back up and running on the same IP address/port and login. So I guess that it was (at least in my case), a problem with the VPS rather than being blocked.
They can say whatever they want ... but in reality ... for example: case with ForexVPS - they told in the beginning that they did nothing to be blocked, the service desk told that they did not block this VPS provider ... and finally - the users (together with ForexVPS support) have found the decision:

As said here, some provider allow fraudulent activities and they were banned. Search for different providers.

Hello, I am providing a Forex VPS service by purchasing a large number of VPS and IPs for resale in my country.
Today, I encountered an issue where MT4/MT5 could not be installed, and access to the MQL5 community was blocked. I changed the IP for my customers and tested installing MT5 again. It worked, but shortly after (less than 30 minutes), the new IP was banned again without any apparent reason.
After investigation, I found no irregularities. Customers were banned immediately after logging into the MQL5 Community.
How can I resolve this issue? Currently, three IPs have been affected, and I am deeply concerned that more IPs will be banned, causing significant financial loss. Since I have already purchased these VPS and cannot return the IPs, this issue is severely impacting my small business.
Please advise me on what is happening and how I can fix this issue
