MetaTrader 4 Crashing on Macbook Pro M1 (OS Sonoma)

MetaTrader 4 Crashing on Macbook Pro M1 (OS Sonoma)

Here's the problem:

1. My MT4 suddenly stopped working. It froze and I couldn't click anything, so I had to force it to close.

2. After that, I couldn't open MT4 at all.

3. I tried restarting my computer and opening MT4 again, but it still wouldn't open.

4. I uninstalled MT4.

5. Then, I reinstalled MetaTrader 4 for macOS.

6. MT4 shows up on my screen, but as soon as I log in, it crashes. After that, I can't open it again.

7. I tried following the instructions here, but MT4 still doesn't work:

Could anyone please tell me how to fix this so I can use MT4 on my Mac?

Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks in advance! 😁

Thanks for the advice 😄
I actually tried a bunch of things I found online and even reached out to my broker's support, but nothing worked.

Turns out, what finally solved it for me was using Parallels Desktop for Mac. 😆
