I can't login to the marketplace (well obviously I can because I'm here) because I never got a password email, so I have no way to login from MT5.
I have already tried another email address, I did not get an email there either.
I have checked and re-checked my spam folder.
I have given it time.
I have tried logging out and resetting the password - the verification always comes up as incorrect, even when I know it isn't. I suspect this has something to do with the password never being set initially.
I have nowhere else to reach out to because their chatbot is not helpful at all.
Someone please help me!
