I need human customer service

I can't find a live customer service. When I click on Create Support Request in MQL5 Service Help, I get a rigid robot dialogue, which keeps asking me to select the options he limits. I don't have those requests, but I have other ones.
 

Write in English in this part of the forum, or ask your question in the Chinese section.

If you can't find an answer to your questions in the automated MQL5 Helper, ask here in case anyone can help you.

The other way is to try saying that your question hasn't been answered in order to open a ticket.

Customer service mainly works for financial issues. If you have some other issue so use this forum instead.

You can try to select specific subjects/category in the dialog with the robot, and the robot may select the ticket for you in the service desk.
