Perhaps you have two MetaTrader's running with alerting enabled via the MQID, or maybe it is running on a VPS as well!

I have to guess that you're sending push notifications from MT5 desktop to MT5 mobile (phone). Intermittently, I get the same thing. I've always assumed that a spotty phone connection is to blame. I don't really worry about it because I would never actually trade via wi-fi nor mobile data. I'm content to be remotely alerted simply that something has occurred on MT5 desktop.
