How to disable AutoTrading

Hi everyone and happy New year.

I have A Trading robot for me (called EA1), it works well in Some specific time range. I only have the execution file (.ex5). I do not have its script (.mq5)

I would like to ask you if there is a way like an EA, code, etc. in mql5 to disable autotrading when 

  • The account is suffering $4000 lost. or
  • Stop auto trading at 8pm and open it at 10 pm
Before it disables autotrading, it must open an Opposite ordered in order to lock the lost (caused bye EA1) right there. To do so, it must delete all of the targets (set automaccally by EA1) in all of the remain orders.
