When you have 3 accounts in the Navigator window of your MT4/5 terminal, you can only be logged into 1 at a time, so the other 2 remain in the background and they are not active.
As a result your EA can only run on 1 trading account at a time, unless you use MQL5 VPS for the other 2 trading accounts or install another 2 MT4/5 terminals to login into the other 2 trading accounts on them.

Hello guys, new kid in town
A quick one:
When running 3 demoaccounts and installing an EA on one of them, it runs on all 3 accounts.
Is it possible to run EA on just one of them
Thanks
