How to change the order of display in MT5

Hello developers, I have write this, becasue I have sreached everywhere and still find no solution. I appriciate any help in advance,
Problem: I have a panel which is bitmap object with lots of objects above it on the chart, I want to draw a line on the chart, but the line must appear below the panel (bitmap object) and I don't want to draw it as backgroud because I want it to show the price lable on the price bar at the right side of the chart.
I cannot hide and show, or delete and re create the panel with all its object, because it causes delay and blinking. There must be an easy way to change the order of display. a trick or tweak.
I appriciate any solution. thank you all, great community.

Besically the issue is only two things will change the order of display:
1-Deleting objects and recreating it.
2-Hiding object and showing it again.
both of this things is slow and causes blinking of objects, Is there any other easy method to change the order of display of objects?? for example I want the arrows that shows history trades to appear behind my panel, How can I bring the panel object in front of hisotry arrows?
Is there no one who have any clue about this problem, Please, I need your help.
