Issue with Downloading Products from MT4 Market - Error 500

Hello Support Team,

I'm experiencing an issue downloading products from the MT4 Market.

  • Terminal Build: 1422 (1430)
  • Product Compilation Build: 2409 (2415)
  • Error in Log: 2024.11.04 11:57:44.453 MQL4 Market: failed download product 'Exp ' [500]

Products compiled with an older terminal build (prior to September 10) download without any issues.

However, new products with recent compilations fail to download from the market, resulting in a 500 error.

Could you please advise on resolving this issue or let me know if there are any recent changes affecting product downloads?

this issue was solved for some user but the other other two users - not ... but all possible reasons were explained on the thread ...

I am receiving this error message when trying to install newly purchased EA's on both MT4 & MT5...

The download error 500 continues. Com if you delete the ea information and don't answer about it on service desk. You need to delete the old database file store. Hello, i did it and service desk replied to me: "we are only dealing with requests related to financial operations on mql5

Unfortunately, this is not a problem with the code. Yesterday everything loaded fine. Today, products are not downloaded from the market. This problem also existed for a long time. Then something was fixed in the market. But it came back again.

The same thing happened to my customer today (MT4), I recompiled the product and uploaded it again - it worked (the product was compiled two weeks ago).

Hello. This is a problem with the server.

There was an error yesterday.

I recompiled all the programs - the problem was not solved.

An hour later the problem was solved.

So the problem was with the server.
