Hello,
1. No body knows but you can follow the moderator MetaQuotes
2. Once you follow, under publication tab closely monitor for any new article with title containing"New Metatrader"
then check the version number, this tells you that a new stable build is released
if you have any version but there is no post found for that version under moderator post that means its beta version.

Hi,
1. When will the next latest release version be available for MT5 ?
2. To understand how these latest release versions are determined, will the next latest release version be a version like build 4520 (which is higher than the current latest beta version build 4516) or a version like build 4430 (which is higher than the current latest release version build 4410, but lower than the current latest beta version build 4516) ?
Thank you.
