MT5 account trade accounts login

On my MT5 and MT4, I am unable to login into any trade accounts that use other server than Metaquotes servsers. Can somebody help me fix that ? Thank you.
 

Double check your trading account number, master password and broker/server, these were sent to you in your email from your broker upon creation of your trading accounts.

Its even better to download the custom branded MT4/5 terminals from your broker's downloads area, install it and use it to login into your trading accounts.
