VPS Renewal Issue

Please as anyone experience the below message while VPS which was on autorenewal debited me and i got a message that my renewal failed. The fund is presently in my MQL5 account but its not allowing me use it or even use my card, i kept on getting the below message.  Payment failed

Unfortunately, the payment system resulted in error during the transaction. Please check the correctness of specified data and whether you have enough funds on your account.
You can also choose another payment option.

If nothing else had helped, please write a ticket to the Service Desk for us to investigate the details.
