Is anyone else experiencing issues withdrawing earned funds on mql5

I have been unable to withdraw my freelance earnings for weeks (and yes its done counting down the 14 days lock period) it keeps giving me an error on the withdrawal page (i am attempting card withdrawal and its not my first time, i have used the same card in the past)... is anyone else experiencing this issue ?
 
If you have such issues, you should contact the Service Desk about it, since they deal with financial issues.
