Exactly, you need to eliminate your brokers version as the issue 

Do your other programs compile ok?

If so then we should see the code

I have build 2408 (and I think - it is latest build).

If the system estimated that your code was compiled with old version of MetaEditor but you are using new version so it may be some issue with the code ... because it is automatic system ... how this system estimated that it was compiled with old build of MetaEditor? ... no one knows here ...

If you are not willing to eliminate your brokers version or share code I don’t see how we can be of further help so you need to contact service desk as I assume you are trying to upload a product even though you didn’t say it
