Incorporate Custom Indicator with Meta Trader Wizard
When you make orders from the marketplace, you will get an EX5 executable file, you don't receive code. So there is no relation to custom modules for the wizard and marketplace EAs

In the introductory video "How to Create a Trading Robot in the MQL5 Wizard of MetaTrader Platforms", time code 2:54, the MQL5 Wizard allows using customs modules. I would like to add a custom module and I was wondering if I can get additional details on how to add it, once I order it from the Market place.
