Can someone please advise which would be the best EA for the following functionality-

For Pending Stop orders-

1. Set release and close time

2. Set price in pips/points distance from market price

3. Partial Closure

4. Lot calculation from SL amount

5. Move SL on set milestones

6. Trailing pending orders
