What time zones does the function CopyTimes use
So I'm trying to come with an algorithm for my EA and I'm stuck in a place where I have to use time zone sensitive information to make analysis. Now I don't want to loop number of seconds and compare them with TimeGmt(), This is making my program slow so I wish to use the hourly bars time information to make the process faster but I'm unsure as to what time zones the bars time information are stored with. Pls can someone help me clarify how it works.
