MQL5 Cloud Network: A technological breakthrough in trading strategy testing
I downloaded the MetaTrader 5 Strategy Tester Agent and input by account. However, under the services tab under cloud it shows disconnected. It is performing tasks as seen below but I'm not earning any profit. Please explain why this is the case and advise me if I'm doing something wrong. Please pictures attached.

There is an issue with agent7.mql5.net, my testers stopped working (Disconnected status) July 18th and would connect to agent 7 all over again. Yesterday evening two testers connected to agent6.mql5.net and have Connected status now (some mariginal profit as well). Just now I restarted other testers and they are all happily connected to agent 6. In my perspective there's something going on with agent7.mql5.net.

If I understand, correctly:
I went into the strategy tester and went to agents, registered by inputting account name and password.
I then noticed that under the journal tab, it changed from saying "cloud servers switched off" to "cloud servers switched on".
However, my MetaTester 5 Agent Manager still shows disconnected under cloud.

This was news to my that there are logs file for agents!
My question now have, i have running them from months, but i have logs for only last few days?

Could someone please help me get the cloud agents activated? they are all stuck at "ready"
I cannot get the cloud agents to start processing, they are stuck at "READY". I have sufficient balance in my MQL5 account, tried using the slow complete optimisation as well as the genetic one, but issue is still there. Any ideas?
Check the log file of your strategy tester. Any messages related to the cloud there?
I couldn't find the answers elsewhere, so I ask here:
- can I execute python scripts on the cloud network?
- are mmlib.dll dll calls allowed in the cloud network?
- I have some helper libraries coded in c++, with the source code, - is there any way to use them on the cloud network, if they don't use network or file functions?
- do I have to have the source code for an ea, or can I run any compiled ex5 code?
