mt4 trade assistant trade disabled

I have just installed mt4 trade assistant, I can place a manual trade, but trying to use trade assistant gives me the error 'trade by symbol is disabled by the trading server'

autotrading is enabled 

on the trade assistant info tab it says trade is disabled but I can't find anywhere to change this

any ideas?

Any symbols (and specifications of the symbols) are related to the brokers only.
So, ask your broker for support, and ask the author/seller of this trade assistance tool which you are using.
